At Clarks India, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every step you take in our footwear. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your Clarks India account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the 'Return/Exchange' option for the specific items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack the Product

  Place the unused footwear in its original branded box along with all tags and the invoice, ensuring the package is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  A representative from our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to pick up the package and provide you with a tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
